Everything is working now but all 4 of our Koodo phones stopped working. Incidentally our bell home internet conked out as well. If it wasn't for one Rogers cellphone we would be completely disconnected. The horror!!
If you want 24/7/365 coverage, you need redundant systems, and even then you will not likely exceed 99.99% uptime.
The first tier carriers offer 24 hour technical support. Shorter hours come with the territory with a bargain carrier.
