Once your account is cancelled because you wanted it cancelled, you make sure you pay your last bill and you can then leave Koodo pean in mind

I'm a prepaid customer and hadn't used my pH for a while I went to put time and my account was cancel led. Can I activate it again? N how ?

If it's more than 90 days since your last top up, then you will need to get a new sim card.
When was last time you topped up your account?

Hi Ron!

Mayumi is right! If your base plan expired more  that 90 days ago, your sim card won't be functional anymore and you'll need to buy a new sim card and choose a new number

But if it's been less than 90 days, that means your phone is in "suspended" status. To reactivate the line, just top-up online in your Self Serve account.
