What do i do if i forget my password and not getting the emails to reset it?

I have an android phone and I forget my password but when I go to reset it my email is receiving anything about it.

I've been using this email since I got my phone and it has always worked

At this point, I think you need to call Koodo or send them a facebook message to see when Koodo sent you a reset message, and did they have a correct email account.

Sometimes it just takes a little while, hopefully, you were able to see the email by now

If you have an Android Phone, Make sure you enable Sync! Or you won't receive any emails.. You can also Refresh The Email app you are using!
