the only way to cancel is to call customer service during open Hours , you can reach them by dialing *611 from your Koodo mobile device or 1-866-995-6636 from another phone

If you are switching providers and bringing your current phone number with you, when you port your number to the new provider, your Koodo account will automatically be cancelled.
If you're on prepaid (like you marked as one of the topics), you can simply turn off auto payments/stop topping up your account and your account will automatically be cancelled.

If on prepaid you don't have to do anything to cancel. After 90 days your account will cancel itself. Any boosters you had will expire and you will not get a refund. If you change your mind, as long as you activate/top up your base plan before the 90 days is up, your prepaid account will stay active.
