Texting is free. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any add-ons for those countries - the rate is a steep $1/minute.

Wait, are you talking about roaming (using your phone in those countries)? I was giving you information for calling those countries from Canada.

Or go to Shop > Add-ons > International Travel > Nitty Gritty > And look for the link referencing service available on Koodo's roaming partner networks.

There's no list because most of them are included - lists states exclusions (which are covered under the US travel add-on).
