I notice there is a set of simulators with tons of tutorials on how to use your phone!! It can be also helpful to have a tutorial on how to use the features of the website such as how to place an order online and so on. In the meantime what cool features have you found yourself here?

It has been almost a year since my phone has worked where i live. when i first moved here i had a now antique analog phone which would work in a pinch. later, cdma was marginal..... whatever telus did a year ago made it impossible to use the phone where i live unless i drive or walk half a kilometer away. i have no internet service here either. just wish i could get what i am paying for

Why are you paying for a year for service that doesn't work in your area?

Hi Michael,
Considering that coverage can be an issue at some locations within Canadian territory, I ́d suggest two things:
1- Check coverage by clicking here or Call 1866-995-6636 (or *611 from your cell) then press 1 for Eng, then enter your 10 digit #, then choose option 4 (for anything else), then press 4 again for problems making calls, then enter your PIN and most likely you ́ll be routed to technical support. As this is a ntwk issue they may be able to check your coverage or any other problem.
2- If coverage is an issue, you may want to consider to invest on one signal booster, I know a couple people who fixed the issue by doing so https://www.amazon.ca/gp/bestsellers/electronics/3379578011/ref=pd_zg_hrsr_ce_1_4_last

By the way, both options are assuming you already own an HSPA device as CDMA has been discontinued.

Does anyone else in town with Koodo or Telus have similar issues?
