what can i do when more money to transfer online?

I singed automatic pay balance in the first but I made mistake because I pay top up again and automatic pay charge me again ..I send a email for company but the comapany didn't answer me..is that possible next month company didn't charge me

You should just have been credited to your prepaid account and you can use that money for whatever you want whether it be next month's base plan or if you want to buy boosters with it

Hey guys! Just to clarify. If you have automatic payments set up with your prepaid account, every month that amount will be debited from your card, whether you have a balance in the account or not. Since you double paid and now have a balance, this money can be used for the purchase of a minute or data booster. To purchase a booster, simply log into your prepaid self-serve http://koo.do/1QiECCA and click on "add booster" from the main menu. Or, you can call in to our automated IVR system by dialing *611 from your Koodo phone and choosing option 1 to recharge your account. If you do not intend to purchase a booster, you can remove your automatic top-ups long enough for the system to renew your base plan with your current balance, and then add the automatic top-ups back :)
