I have a charge on my credit card for a different amount than the bill.  How do I find out what this is?  I also cannot register for self-serve because it is linked to a different email and they're waiting for approval from the other email?  I have no idea what this means.  Help!  Please and thank you! (:

When you first sign up they send you an email with an activation link for self serve. That email link is how you originally register for self serve. If you dont have it then call Koodo to fix.

How did Koodo charge your credit card?

Okay, I can't seem to find that email re: activation.  And I'm set up for preauthorized payments so they have my credit card information.  The amount was different than all the other months so that is why I was inquiring about it.  I will go to Koodo and ask them in person.  Thank you for your help!

You will have to look on your latest bill and see what overages you had on why your bill was higher than normal. I guess you cant do that though if you cant get into self serve. It sounds like you were already registered for self serve if you were able to get into it before and set up preauthorized payments. Are you sure you're trying to get in using the same email address you originally used?

@Hyehyun:
If you have some issues with sign-in and there was a message of approval waiting, you might need to contact Koodo directly to ask them to fix that.

Also, you can always check your account balance quickly by dialing 611 and hit 1.
