Hi, Im trying to return a essential phone before my 15 days is up! I get no reception with this phone, the camera is terrible and the speaker grill has already gone missing! 

I've emailed 3 times and called and left messages twice (during webstore hours). I cannot seem to get anyone to respond. Just want to return this phone and order a pixel. Can anyone help?

You’ve started the process by sending the email requesting a return. A mailing envelope with instructions will be sent to you, and then you’re free to purchase the phone you want.
Repeated contact actually slows the process, as they have to confirm each.

How long will this take . I requested a return 2 weeks ago and no response.I recently had triple bypass and rely on phone. At this rate I'm going to have to find a carrier that dosent mess around

You should receive a return mailer to send your phone back. If you have not received one, you may need to contact them again. Recognize they have been busy with recent sales, and the web store is somewhat backlogged.

I have contacted them many times . Always auto message not open even though I ring at right time.
How long am I expected to be without a phone that works.see messenger

As long as you contacted them before, it becomes their problem if they haven't answered up before that.
