website not working?

I just got my phone a couple of days ago and I got the initial email from Koodo to get set up for billing ect. but when I click on "get started" it doesnt load. I tried going to the koodomobile.com website and that doesnt work either. Is the site down or something?

Heidi, do you happen to have a Samsung phone? Are you trying to access the site from your phone ? Could you try accessing this site? We are looking into what the issue maybe.

If the above doesn't work either please use google's chrome browser instead of the factory internet browser. Let us know how things work out please.
