I am trying to replace a lost phone by switching sim cards for an account and switching phones.  However I'm not able to access that page anymore ..  The website appears to have changes.   I succeeded in doing this task a few weeks ago.

Login to self serve.

Click the overflow menu (the hamburger like icon top left)

Click self seve

Click phone services

If you have more than one phone click the appropriate phone number

Scroll down to Change Phone

All will be revealed.

Thank for the quick reply and for the screen capture.   At least I know what I'm looking for; however, upon logging in, I do get the self serve screen shown  but no hamburger menu under the logo and therefore no drop down menu on the left.   I've tried clear all my cookies in Firefox and reloading.. and tried Internet explore as well as Safari on a different laptop.

Once you're logged in on a PC.   You will see "Self Serve" at the top of the screen.
Click that and you will get a drop down,  choose "Phone Services"
Then under the , Can’t find what you’re looking for? Try one of these links:
you will see a list,,  Choose "Change Phone" and you will find a place to change Sim

And make sure you log into self serve account, not the Koodo app.

Also if you have multiple lines under one account, it will show your account holder's page after you click "Change Phone". So you have to do same process- click phone service > click your number.... - again.       It's so annoying :(
Make sure you are on the right page(phone number)

Thanks for everyone's help.  I have to abandon my desktop and my mac book for this. No hamburger menu unless I use my tablet??!  Anyways managed to get to the phone services page  but "Change phone" is not one of the options under "Try one of these links:"  just five  (Koodo support, Transaction history, Billing address, Spending limit program, Five essentials)

I'm logged in as a monthly subscriber if that means anything.

Thanks

There doesn't appear to be anywhere to click my phone number..  I wonder if it's because I have the phone listed as lost?

It's been listed as lost for about a week or two while we were waiting for the new phone.

Thanks
