we have recently changed service providers as another service meets our needs better yet we are having issues changing over, can you help?

we are trying to change service providers as we have found a service that fits our needs better. we have enjoyed being with Koodo but have wanted to upgrade, but did not find a plan with Koodo to suit our needs yet we are having trouble changing our numbers over, can someone please advise. Thank You

You go to the new provider and tell them you want to port your Koodo number to their service, keep in mind that the only way they can do it is if you still have an active account with koodo so don't cancel your Koodo account or you will lose your number and have to choose a new one from your new provider.
When the number port goes through successfully it will automatically cancel your Koodo account and you will be billed any remaining tab owing on a phone you may have got from Koodo plus any past balance owing for service, you will receive this in the mail but can check self serve and pay it there when it's ready like usual.
