I couldn't activate Kadoo sim card and we couldn't get area code

What do you mean that you couldn't get area code? Are you just registering now and trying to get a specific number? Sometimes the area you are in doesn't have any available at that time.

What does it say when you try to activate your sim card?

I can't activate the sim card  and try Ito activate by following the given steps but It doesn't activate

It gives two choice 1 a new telephone and 2 activate the previous telephone I select the new telephone and click continue but it doesn;t go further.
