We are travelling in the USA and have paid $45.00 for unlimited texting and phoning both in USA and Canada. The phone has suddenly died. Do you know why? It has not been wet

Hi Lynn,
Did the phone run out of battery? iPhone is quite reliable though. I would suggest you plug it in a charger and hold down the power button on the iPhone and see if the phone can turn on.

Thanks Azure....I did try that but it didn't work...I'm going to take it in and have them check the battery.

If what Azure suggested is not working, I recommend visiting an Apple store while in the US

Thanks for the reply Dennis....we did try that but it didn't bring it back to life.  I'm going to take it in and get them to check the battery today.

Plug your phone into a charger and for
IPhone 6s or older: Press and hold home and power button
IPhone 7 or newer: Press and hold power button and volume down

Press and hold for 20 seconds to a minute or until you see the apple logo.
