Wasted lots of my time, really disappointing

What kind of customer service is this? I called in 2 times and was put on hold over 2 1/2 hours and both times they hang up on me after telling me to hold. Been a customer for so many years and this is the thank you I get.

Looks like they have a lot of customers now and treat people like shit. I was on the phone for over 40 mins for a $5 charge despite and I was disgusted that they won't take ownership of the mistake. It was data overage charge and Joseph (the call center guy) was adamant that I went over. I got the 100% notification and data service was disconnected. Didn't touch until the billing cycle renewal. It was just a freaking waste of time going back and forth with this guy . Very disappointed...He definitely succeeded in ruining my day

Bernard, that would be great. Please follow up with him and do a review of my account as well. Yes, my account was credited, the call could have just been handled better IMO. Thanks for taking time to look into this
