i hate typing,but here goes again. i just activated a samsung2 and signed up for checking my acct on line at the same time. went to check my acct yesterday tried my password, it did not work, tried forgot password and was told you have tried 5 times you are now locked out for 30 min. waited till today and tried forgot password right off, told i had tried 5 times and was locked out. tried phoning 611 no prompt for problem, tried this question site and the first one got lost in la la land

So why didn't you try the forget password option right below the log in?

When you set up a self serve account , the system sent you an e-mail to validate your e-mail to complete/activate the registration. Have you received it? If not, check your e-mail and confirm it then try to login again.

Then if you still have a problem , *611 option 5 for customer service.

Yeah, sometimes during activation, the system messes up, preventing new customers from successfully logging in. Calling customer care will have you sorted within minutes :)

As for the first time you typed out your question in this forum, the engine searches the keywords to see if it can find similar questions that have been already answered to save you time. It suggests the best matches, and then gives you the option to explain your question in further detail to start a new thread. Is that what seems to have happened to your first typing out?
