Not self serve at all!!! Our self serve site is better than ever. It's the app we are retiring. But don't you worry if you follow the quick steps int the email you will continue to have the same great experience and more. Most of our customers already prefer the online site and we sent the email to the few remaining app users.
OK ... so my wife and I I never used the Phone App, but we received the e-mail and she pays the bills via PC and decided she'd she'd like to do more by phone. On her phone I followed the instructions in the e-mail and she now has a Koodo Icon on her main screen and that appears to allow her to use Self Serve. So she is good to go ..... right?
