Hi Nancy, it looks like you just activated with us in September, and your first bill was issued in October. The bill includes charges from your activation date, until the start of your new cycle (Oct. 7). Plus charges from Oct. 7 - Nov. 6, since all monthly service providers charge a month in advance. I see that you logged into self serve today - if you download your PDF ebill, you can see all of the details listed within the bill. Hope that helps.
