Was double charged $40 sept 7 oct 6??

 there is a monthly charge and partial charge trying to understand why?

Did you change your number perhaps? Or did you select another plan? In either case the bills looks a bit "weird" but should be sorted next billing cycle :)

There also should be a refund amount for partial month if you changed plans mid-cycle.  If you post a copy of your bill here, we may be able to explain more clearly.

Hi Nancy, it looks like you just activated with us in September, and your first bill was issued in October. The bill includes charges from your activation date, until the start of your new cycle (Oct. 7). Plus charges from Oct. 7 - Nov. 6, since all monthly service providers charge a month in advance. I see that you logged into self serve today - if you download your PDF ebill, you can see all of the details listed within the bill. Hope that helps.

Hi Ranjan, how about the tab charged twice when phone number is changed.? Tab is deducted for both old and new numbers. Would the tab remaining be reduced by 2X amount then? OR would 1X part of Tab be credited back in next bill cycle for new number alone?

Hey SF - if that were the case, both charges would go towards the outstanding Tab balance (i.e. it would just be paid off sooner.)
