Koodo no longer offers a return mailer although the website says they do.  I guess I'll have to drive 2 hours to drop off the phone at a koodo store, 2hours home, then repeat when it's ready to pick up.  Thanks for supporting your rural customers. http://help.koodomobile.com/getting-started-with-koodo/before-you-purchase/what-is-your-warranty-and... Idea: Bring back warranty mail return, or change your website to explain that you don't.

Bobby as Spence said the return mailer is still available for our phones that are under warranty. Where did you hear that we didn't?

1-866-99 koodo service rep said they stopped offering return mailers as of July 2015.

They stopped offering priority replacements. You can still mail your phone in and they will send you a replacement once it is received.

Thanks for all the good advice everyone. I took the advice from Spence and called back to an excellent rep. Bernard was right the return mailer is still an option however they were hesitant to offer it to me because of the wait times involved. For now they are going to send me a battery within the next couple of days to see if that fixes my issue and if not start the "deffered exchange program". Like Timo said no more priority replacements so worst case I will have to go without that phone for a couple of weeks. If you need a loaner you need to go to a Koodo store, no other options are available. I'll let you know how it turns out.

Thanks Again
