Hey Melanie - the monthly cost for Koodo Phone Protection has gone up from $7 to $9/mth as of Oct. 1. The change is related to the increased cost of replacing phones and is aligned with industry pricing for similar coverage. A notification was included with your August bill to communicate this - see below:
Thank you for your quick response -- Sorry to say that I missed it on my statement but confirmed that it's listed there. I'll be cancelling this add-on now. BTW -- I just found I can't do this through self-serve and it says that any changes to add-ons done with CS rep costs $10 -- Does that charge still apply when you can't do this cancellation/change yourself through self-serve?
