Do you have a specific question about warranty on your iPhone? If so do you mean the manufacturer warranty or apple care + warranty that you pay for each month?

Yes I can’t edit it for some reason. But I’ve has an iPhone 6s for less than a year, dropped it in the toilet... and now it thinks it has headphones in so I can’t get sound for anything except on a call when I put it on speakerphone... I was wondering if anything covered that or how I could get it fixed? And if I was to get another phone, would I just have to pay the tab balance and then I’d be good to go and could cancel this one? Thanks in advance.

Hi Joanie,
Did you buy Koodo/Apple extended warranty (AppleCare+) for it?

The iPhone 6s normally have 1 year Apple warranty. That warranty however, did not cover accidental water damage. They might not replace the phone for you https://support.apple.com/en-ca/HT204104

If you bought AppleCare+, you could pay $129 and Apple will replace it for you.

I might just get a new phone, iPhone7 or newer to have water-resistant. I saw the iPhone6s are also on sale with Koodo.

How do I check if I have AppleCare+? If I don’t know about it, I must not have it lol...
How about if I were to get a new phone... Do I just pay the remaining tab for this phone and then start over with another one?

If you didn't pay for it, you properly didn't have it. You could check your iPhone warranty here https://checkcoverage.apple.com

Yes, if you want to upgrade to a new phone, you have to payoff the existing Tab. You could do it in your selfserve.
