My Phone (LG G4) whenever I make or receive calls my family says they cannot hear me and it's all static like, so I have to keep calling them back until it works again. My charging port is gone, so it's very picky on what charger I use and how I lay it down to be charged, can become very annoying, and sometimes doesn't even charge. I have a small crack in the screen but that's no big deal. The Bluetooth inside is loose, so when i'm using it, if my phone moves my music will skip like an old CD disc player.
I'm currently paying $7 a month extra for warranty, would they replace my phone for $79? or send it in to get repaired for cheaper? is there any extra chargers I may get? is there anything I should know before going this route?

They do an analysis to see what's financially better for them. You could get a refurb as well and it's 79 dollars each time it needs to go in.

Refurbished items are usually previously returned devices (for any reason) that have been fixed if needed to be like new.

If sending the phone in for extended warranty repair/replacement, remove your SD card, (if applicable) and SIM card. If you have anything saved on your phone, (e.g. pictures, music or anything worth saving), have this transferred over to your computer. The phone will get wiped of all user content as part of the repair process.

Best to give Asurion a call to find out whether or not to send the battery, back cover and charger in with your LG G4. Under the one year manufacturers warranty, Koodo mentions to keep your battery, back cover and charger.
