Wanting to upgrade my phone

So I want to get a new phone as my old one has been having issues and it's just time for an upgrade. I know I have to pay off my remaining tab balance, and since I'm on tab medium, I can get the new phone I'm looking at for $0 (after I pay the tab balance).

My question is - can I upgrade my phone right now, or do I have to wait for my bill payment to go through? Does it matter? (I just made a bill payment for this billing cycle this morning through my bank.)

You can upgrade right now :)

What phone are you planning on getting?

As long as your account is in relative good standing, you can get a new phone at any time, Matthew :) Looks like you have done your homework too concerning the Tab etc... compliments :)

The Samsung Galaxy 3 :) I have a few friends and family members who have one and they've been swearing by it.

Thank you for the quick response!

Hi Matthew,

You can pay your tab balance off at any time, it can be done via self serve or in store when getting the new phone you want.

Hope that helps answer your question :)

When you say relative good standing, that just means my bills and all that are paid regular and my account isn't currently in risk of suspension right? Because I pay my bill regularly and I'm pretty sure that means my account is in good standing.

Thank you all for being so helpful :)
