I received a message for me to contact Koodo if I was interested in transferring from prepaid to a monthly plan and I would get $15 off but I can't find a way to do this through self serve and I have no number to call without a charge.  Can you help?

What kind of charge?  Koodo does not charge you to call them, only to do things you might have done through Self-serve.

You might be simplest to go to a Koodo shop with your ID, and the message. Once your new account is set up, the bonus $15 would be applied.

One way or another, you will have to visit Koodo or a dealer with ID to set up your account on site and pass a cursory credit check. There's no shortcut to do this on-line.

Best to do this when all of your prepaid boosters are used up, because they will evaporate when you switch.

I have the same migration offer. The text explicitly states that we (pre-paid) customers can add this promotion at check-out on koodo.com. One agent advised that we can keep our prepaid SIM card. I have now gotten off the phone AGAIN (after 30+minutes), with agents from both pre-paid and monthly having NO idea about the promo or how it works. Finally, after being on a lengthy hold twice, I was just advised that the offer can't be redeemed online (I can buy SIM with plan/phone but not migrate), and advised to go to a local store. If Koodo makes an offer, they should be clear about what it means. This is past of the text : " Redeem this one-time offer by using promo code 'xxx' at check out on koodo.com, or bring it to a local Koodo shop or authorized dealer". This is not a customer confusion problem. This is a KOODO confusion problem. Every agent has a different answer and no one is clear on how the offer works or why it would suggest we could redeem it online without having to go to a store.

I believe that you should be able to keep your Prepaid SIM to migrate to Postpaid.

I just tried to do this online (Pretend open a new account with promo code) :
Go to Shop page and pick your plan > Pop up window >  "I'm NEW to Koodo" > Add a phone page and pick SIM as BYOD> Enter Promo code under "Got a promo code?"
I can't go on without promo code...

What happened after you enter the code and continue?   Or did you try this process?
Did they remove SIM fee at the end of purchase...?

ADD: I saw you created a new post. But I can't get the page somehow ...

Thanks for your reply Ali! I did make a new post, but deleted after I sent a private email regarding the matter.
I tried two methods to access the online service. As a prepaid customer (logged into self-serve), it wouldn’t allow me to place anything in my cart. If I added base plan and then tried to log-in I was getting a warning that the website was corrupted and my information could be intercepted by a third-party. I called to find out how to access the promotion online (and to find out if there was an issue with Koodo system being hacked).
Tonight, I had to take time from work to go into a local store. The store associate was familiar with the promo and advised me that prepaid customers CAN redeem online (as the text stated). She also had recently encountered the web warning about unsafe website. I went ahead and redeemed the code in-store, where the associate was knowledgeable, helpful, and clearly communicated information.
