eh, so you forgot your email or your password? If you forgot the password you could get it reset through the website.

But if your has also changed, then you need to contact Koodo to fix that.

If you are on postpaid, you can add EasyRoam by Text too

It doesn't matter if your email has changed. You still need to log in with your old email address that you created your account with. Once you get logged in you can change your email address to whatever you want.

If you can't remember your log in info there is a "forgot" button above the email and password boxes.
