My daughter, who's cell was on my account, upgraded to a new phone. i want to hook the phone up again to the same account, just w/ a specific number-- how do i??

Take the sim card that the phone # that it's tied to and plug it in the phone you wish to use. If the phone uses a different sim card you'd have to purcahse another at $10.

i Totally forgot about the sim cards... k, so here is another question. The sim card that's in the phone, wouldn't work the new phone. ... and the number that i want to have is currently a land line. so do i just go get a totally new sim?

If the sim card hasn't been used in 90 days you'd need to get another. So, what you can do is get yourself a new sim card. Activate your new sim card on self serve by clicking on the "mobile phone" and change equipment. Input the new serial # of the sim card there. Once you do this you have to call Koodo to request a port from your landline to your cell #. Provide your account # and the landline you wish to port in to Koodo. In this case, your land line #.

Just to add, I forgot to mention the port request can take 3-5 business days.
