That is the plan with the most data already, Troy. If you use more than the 5GB, you'll pay overage I'm afraid ($5 per 250 MB) :(

If that is not enough, you'll need to look at probably Telus who offers a SharePlus plan up to 10GB (but you'll pay $145 per month for that).

If you mean using more Koodo data, you will be billed the overage automatically, Troy. No need to do anything.

If you want to switch to Telus, you'll need to arrange that with Telus and port out your number, pay off all fees etc.

You can't add more data through self service - you will just be billed for your overage.
