Want to return phone/cancel service but webstore never answers calls!

I've tried several times to contact the webstore in order to exchange my defective phone, but they never answer my calls! To avoid any more headaches, I'd like to outright cancel my service and change carriers, but I can't even do that because I can't get a hold of anybody. This is truly infuriating as I've never had any problems of this type with my previous carrier (Wind). Could anyone here please cancel my account for me?

This is supposed to be a service offered by Koodo (?). What kind of service is it when you get a fake email address and a phone number that no one answers.  I also tried writing an email and leaving my name and number and no one replies.  No one wants to go onto Facebook or Twitter to try and force a response from a company that should be doing their job.
