I am currently on the No Tab plan where I had brought my own device when activating a new plan with Koodo. I would now like to get a phone with Koodo through the Tab program. Is this possible ?

You may have to go through another credit check. Visit a Koodo store/kiosk and find out. You could call *611 ahead of time to ask them if another credit check will be required in order to get a tab

I believe that a credit check is performed every time there is a new tab activation.

No I don't believe so as I had gotten another tab and a credit check was not done since I already underwent a credit check when I first got the service, a second would not be needed.
