Want to end/cancel koodo service

I have taken a Koodo connection with a new Phone on 01-AUG-2015. The Koodo Tab balance for me is zero as I have paid the full Tab amount for the mobile set at the time of taking the connection. I have also paid the Total Bill amount upto 10-SEP-2015 (Aug 01 To Aug 10 + Aug 11 to Sep 10).
Due to some personal reason I wand to End/Cancel my Koodo service.
1) How can I do that?
2) Do I have to pay any additional fees for ending/cancelling my Koodo service?
3) If I want to go to some other service provider in near future then do I need to unlock my mobile phone? If yes then do I need to do through Koodo or I can do that from out side third party vendor?

1) call customer service and say you want to cancel your service.
2) no. Your service will end at the end of your current billing cycle. Because you pay a month in advance this final month has already been paid for. Assuming there are no overage charges for the final month there should be no further charges.
3) your phone will need to be unlocked before you can use it with another provider. Koodo charges $35 for the unlock. Blackberry and android phone can be third party unlocked usually for the same or less. Iphones tend to cost much more for a third party unlock.
