So I have been a koodo customer for years and I did get my husband to go with koodo.. I am now not a happy customer anymore... My husband has had some issues and had contacted customer service and has not had the problem solved.. This new thing when you call customer service and told if you talk to them you get charged $10.00 is absolutely ridiculous... I am no longer a happy koodo customer... I would like for someone from customers service to contact me on my phone about this problem as it can't be resolved on self serve... Thank you Laura Foster

How about letting us know what your problem is so that we can help you out?

As for the charge, you are only charged 10$ if it's for something that could be done yourself.

The $10 fee is applicable for a few of our services, you can find the full list at  http://koo.do/1JEWXST under the "call us" tab.
