Want to cancel my account but I can’t get through to the cancellation department. Always on hold for over half an hour until call fails. This has happened multiple times.

Unfortunately, calling is the only way to cancel an account. Try first thing in the morning.

If you are porting your service to another provider, your account will be cancelled upon completion of the porting process, without any other intervention on your part.
