walmart employee offers

I was with Koodo before i became a Walmart employee...i see the postings in the lunchroom about discounts given but they do NOT apply to those who are already loyal clientele. should i cancel my plan and restart it in order to receive same benefits? maybe some way to allow it it envelope us already loyal Koodo users? p.s I love you guys!!!!!! <3

I know that Koodo Partners employees (Walmart) can get up to 25% bill deduction, may be you should talk to your Super.

All you would need to do is contact the go-to person at your work to have that discount applied. No need to cancel and reactivate to get that discount.
There is already something in the thinktank for loyal customers. Employee discounts are specific to the employer

You can sign up for it with your existing plan.  However,  I signed up and they kept losing my confidential info and it took 3 months for them to activate it and they do not reimburse for the prior months even tho it was them that lost my paper work.  Then if you decide to make any plan changes,  you have to go through the bull-roar
 all over again.  I switched back to my old cell phone company and got rid of Koodo.

How do you know Koodo is the one who lost your paper work? Because your manager told you so?
And what kind of confidential info did Koodo lose?

Is it fair to blame someone because you heard only one side of the story?

easy I watched the connection centre send it out and then I was given the copies of the sent reports.  It was my copies sent the second and third time.  So It was koodo.
And by the way my store manager has nothing to do with the reports sent out by the connection centre.  The connection centre even showed me the fax sheet the second time showing it went through.  I was even there when she called and notified them that the second one was coming through.  So oviously it was incompetence at there end.

my name address and pay stub was all included as that is what Koodo requires

This is a 4 year old thread. I would suggest creating a new one of you'd like to get your issue resolved. Also you can contact Koodo directly about this through phone, facebook or twitter DM. We are a community of customers like you so there isnt anything we can do unless a Koodo Rep steps in which isn't guaranteed to happen.
