Waive or further reduce unlocking fee with tab paid off

I reviewed the new Koodo tab policy and found that the cellphones are actually no longer subsidized, or even more expensive than the retail price. In such case, I don't think it is reasonable and acceptable for the charge of unlocking, especially when the tab is paid off.

That really doesn't have to do with the Tab. All phones purchased from any carrier are locked except Nexus 5 and 6.

You don't have to use Koodo to unlock the phone. You can use a website like cellunlocker.net or even eBay.
