I am getting "waiting for authorization" when I try to log into self serve. I clicked the link in my email. I tried to reregister using the same email, but failed as it stated that my account is already registered. how do I proceed from here?
Try clearing your browser cache and going in private/incognito tab. If that doesn't work you might have to contact Koodo by sending a private message via Facebook or DM via Twitter to get your account reset and try agian.
