I have been on hold twice for over an hour and right now have been waiting for about an hour and 50 mins !!! ?

Yeah wait time are pretty bad at times. Keep in mind that you can send Koodo a private message on their Facebook page and they will be able to verify you there and assist you which can be faster during office hours.

You can contact Koodo via Facebook or Twitter. They usually answer within a couple hours and there is no need to wait on hold.

What were the extra charges for? They may be there for a reason and we can help clarify what theyre there for.
