hi Jane,
It seemed the agent did a reset of the voicemail in the end the last time (as per your description). Was the signal good in your area? Have you tried to reset/restart the phone? also you posted in the iphone, have you got the latest software update?

@Jane: If you don't want to wait on phone, you could either send message to their facebook/twitter and they would respond later. You could also try to set up the callback option with the koodo chat bot. https://www.koodomobile.com/help/

As you did all the trick, it would be hard to pinpoint the problem. Have you tried to contact Apple? I would visit an Apple store and ask them to check on the hardware also.

Last time Koodo fixed the identical problem so i cannot imagine that it is a hardware issue with Apple. I have now requested a call back as you suggested. I was on hold for over an hour and a half with no response and no indication as to time to wait so i have hung up. Extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.

Sometimes, a glitch in hardware could also lead to problem. If you are close by an apple store, it might worth a try.

As you already scheduled a call back. Let us know if you resolve it later.

Two calls later. Not resolved. Escalating to tech support which is now closed

Do you have access to another mobile phone that you can put your sim card in to test out your voicemail? That way you can rule out the phone being the problem or not. Just a suggestion.

When you get tech support tomorrow, can you ask the.m in more detail what the problem is?

This is not a common issue as we have not seen many posts that refer to this issue
