With my Samsung Nexus S, the voice calling service has been great for the last year and a half. But now for 1 week I have had no voice calling service. I went to the Koodo desk at the local Mall (Mayfair in Victoria BC) and they said the "service is down" and it should come back within a day. Well it's been over 5 days since they said that and still no service. I'm relying on this phone to work and Koodo is sadly falling short of their promise. Fix the service ASAP or you will be losing a valued customer.
