Visa Debit Said Error, went through 3 times!!!

IT WENT THROUGH 3 times and Koodo says they didn't revive a payment!!!!

I pay my Monthly account every month with my Visa Debit. Apparently Koodo has not reciced ANY Payment and now I have to call my bank. I was trying to pay $60 towards my balance, and it errored 3 times.

This might mirror what Koodo is saying, but if you want to stop payment, then you would need to contact your bank.  If you are ok with having  extra credit with Koodo, then you can leave it alone and your next bills will use your overpayment and you wont need to pay anything for around 2 months.

I have spoken to my Bank. There is nothing they can do. So now I'm out all this money, can't feed my family, and neither the Bank or Koodo will take responsibility for it.

Koodo has days they have not recieved any payments.

Bank says the payments have gone through. What do I have to do? Bank will not stop them as it was Visa Debit Payment.

If the bank cant stop the payment, then the payment is successful.  If koodo were to issue a refund, it would be by check and would take 6-8 weeks to process and mail out.

I know this sucks and depending on your financial situation, it can really screw with your budget.  However overall, the monies is not lost.  it is just advanced paid

Hey Amy, let's see if we can sort this out for you.  To confirm, your account has 2 phone numbers: one ending in 0208 and the other in 7119, and you paid using Koodo Self Serve. I looked at your account and am just as puzzled as you because payments made with Koodo Self Serve show up immediately.  Since the funds have been withdrawn from your banking account and it's not showing up on your Koodo account, you may want to wait a day to 2 to see if it shows up.  Failing that, you may want to contact your bank and ask them to do a payment trace for you.  Hope this helps.

Ok then, let's give this till Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest to show up on your Koodo account before the bank can take action.  Visa Debit rarely has issues or outages that could cause this kind of transaction delay.
