IT WENT THROUGH 3 times and Koodo says they didn't revive a payment!!!!
Hey Amy, let's see if we can sort this out for you. To confirm, your account has 2 phone numbers: one ending in 0208 and the other in 7119, and you paid using Koodo Self Serve. I looked at your account and am just as puzzled as you because payments made with Koodo Self Serve show up immediately. Since the funds have been withdrawn from your banking account and it's not showing up on your Koodo account, you may want to wait a day to 2 to see if it shows up. Failing that, you may want to contact your bank and ask them to do a payment trace for you. Hope this helps.
