I have been waiting for a reply.....................I have been over charged and no credit issued....     I've been dealing with Koodo for many  years and this is a first.......what gives?   Can't you keep you records straight?        I'm not alone in this department for the same reasons.........Yet you expect payments but do not correct your errors.....
