Virtual Numbers

Given the discussion on number locations in this thread:
http://community.koodomobile.com/kood...

Why not allow for virtual numbers that many other companies have. Example I live near Balls Falls and have a 905 Area code, but I know a lot people in South Dildo Newfoundland and want an incoming number with a 709 number so it's local to them. On my voip service this was like $5/month.

Might be worth it to many

You can already do this through customer service. It doesn't cost anything extra to have an out of province number with Koodo.

Geoff for that not only do you need the SK number, you also need an SK billing address.

Well you kinda still can, get a saskatchewan number, then call in to port in your alberta number. The plan will still retain in your account. But yeah, you still need a SK billing address.

Fongo (formerly Dell Voice) offers a virtual number for free. Data usage is about 0.5 MB per minute. It looks like their texts are now free (used to be $2/month) and they offer free visual VM.
