VIP membership card: At the end of August, I had my existing phone unlocked and went to Koodoo to activate it there as a monthly customer. I purchased a new SIM card and thought that I had pre-paid the first month's service (i.e. September 2016). However, I just received my October bill with a late payment fee because I did not pay September. I pulled out my receipt and see that I actually paid for a VIP membership (non refundable). What is this VIP membership and what are the benefits to having it? Thanks for any information you can provide.
