View e-bill

I am trying to view my e-bills and when I select view e-bill I get the following error: failed to get customer info. Can someone please help me out!

Try again tomorrow, happens quite often, are you able too do download the koodo self serve on your phone?

If you find it still not working tomorrow just call into koodo and they will fix or explain what's wrong. I know last weekend it was down do to servicing.
