view my bill button does not work

I am trying to log in to my account and go to View my Bill on the homepage because I need to be able ot print my bills for income tax purposes. When I click on the button I am sent to a page that says something like, " Don't be surprised by your first bill" but my bil does not display. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong? Is there any way I can tell Koodo to email me a pdf of my bill? that would be the easiest solution, I think. Thank you!

Which View My bill button? IN the App, or through Self-serve on the website.

Koodo does not email bills, so you will need to help us to help you find a solution to accessing Self-serve?

Really? That's crummy. I was trying to access via the website on the Self-serve page. I've had multiple issues with my password and have had to try to reset it about 8 times. now I am locked out :-(

Probably time to poke Koodo staff with a PM via their Facebook page, or a DM via Twitter, to see if there is a need to reset your account from their end.

Thanks, David. I guess you get what you pay for. Cheap cell phone service = bad customer service. :-(

Is there something wrong with the help you're getting? Koodo is pushing helping yourself or online and you'll likely get resolution in a couple hours.
