I can't log into self serve.. says using http and phone should be using https. What does this mean

Sorry for the frustration. Are trying to log in via a mobile device? If so, which device are you using?

Lol... That's all Sophia in the back of my mind reminding me there is also prepaid. I use to always forget about prepaid until Koodo jacked up all the monthly plan prices
