Trying once again to get through to customer service to upgrade to the 10GB promo and am sometimes told to call back and other times to press or say "1" for English and when I do all I get is dead air. Not connecting at all. I agree with everyone else that this should be an upgrade option on line so I can do it myself. I guess I'll have to go sign up with Fido to get it. A shame since I do like Koodo and have been a loyal customer for years.
