Trying once again to get through to customer service to upgrade to the 10GB promo and am sometimes told to call back and other times to press or say "1" for English and when I do all I get is dead air. Not connecting at all. I agree with everyone else that this should be an upgrade option on line so I can do it myself. I guess I'll have to go sign up with Fido to get it. A shame since I do like Koodo and have been a loyal customer for years.

If ypy cant get through then switching providers may indeed be the best way to go unfortunately.

My friend with Fido, he called yesterday they answered him about within 15/20 minutes and he upgraded 10GB for $60 plan. I think Koodo is the only worst service provider. Yesterday I was on the phone total 4:45 hours. After 2 hours someone answered he checked my profile and said looks like you are good to take this plan but I cant change your plan, I have to transfer to another department and then another 3:45 hours no one answered. I understand it must be busy but I haven't heard anyone successfully upgraded the plan with Koodo. How come other provider customers are upgrading. It proves that Koodo help line is inferior. Its frustrating.

Hi Cynthia,

Just an FYI with the Fido $60 offer, it is 5GB and 5GB for 24 months. It will drop off to 5GB in 2 years. While the rest of other carriers, including Koodo is 10GB permanent. If you are eager to get this plan, check in to the closest Telus store.
