i have been calling and calling to verify my order and it keeps going straight to voicemail  would like to finish my order and have my phone delivered but i cant without verifying first why cant i get ahold of anyone and finish my order.

What number are you dialing? What about your order do you need to call in to finish? It should be able to all be done online.

1-844-566-3697 the koodo online store. i was told they were closed from a rep but its 6 o clock est which is in their hours of operation i eventually had to call customer service and get the to verify my order

Did you call them today? or yesterday. Their hours are from Tuesday through Friday, 3pm to 9pm EST.

I tried to call the number 1 minute ago, The automated voice said they were "busy or out of business time", so there might be a backlog as of now. I would try to call them again early tomorrow. You could also put your order number here, a rep sometimes can help.
