I received an email this afternoon to come to a dealer for verification in order for my phone to ship . I can't make it down till tomorrow or the following day . My question is wether I have to do this immediately or can I get it done later this week. Thanks
Hey Derek - I had requested more info. from the web store team before Melissa replied, and they just got back to me. You have 7 days to go in store to verify your info. If you're unable to do so in this time, the order will be cancelled.
So I went down to a Koodo store today to verify my order and the manager had no idea what I was talking about . I showed her the email I received and she said she has never heard of anyone having to come down to the store to verify an online order . I guess I'll have to call customer service to sort this out
