validate your online purchase

I have received an email saying I had to call into the webstore to validate my online purchase otherwise my order will be cancelled. I have called twice and left messages, and I've been on hold until it sends me to leave a message at least 10 times. I can't spend my entire day on hold/leaving messages that don't get returned. Not sure what I am supposed to do in this case.

This online ordering experience has been ridiculous. Between the two weeks to even hear anything about my order to this atrocious chasing down customer service. I'm new to Koodo after years with another provider and this is just giving an absolutely terrible first impression.

Hey Andrea - sorry to hear about your poor experience so far. I've flagged this with the web store team and am waiting to hear back the best way to get this resolved. If somebody is able to call you, is the best number to reach you at the one that ends in 97?

I ordered an iphone se 16gb and it was delivered on Nov 30, ever since i got the phone i have tried calling and i also sent several emails to return this phone withinn the 15 days time frame. I have gotten no response and i really want to get the 64 gb instead, can someone help me, the deadline to return is this tommorow. delivery number-8057409893

If you have sent emails / left messages before the deadline, the clock stopped ticking. I suggest awaiting the next step from Koodo.
