You can turn off data until you figure out your WiFi password. But we can't really help you with that unless we know your router model; we might be able to help you reset it.

You should contact your internet service provider. They will walk you through logging in your router to verify your wireless name and wireless password. Most routers the gate way is 192.168.1.1 which needs to be typed from your internet browser. If it's default the username and password should be admin admin. Once your in there look for wireless settings or wireless look at the SSID (wireless name) and input a password after selecting WPA encryption.

It's usually on the back or bottom of the router

For instance my linksys router has a label on the bottom the model is WRT54G

Also check your router for the pushbutton configuration button

On newer devices you can easily setup a connection to your wifi using this button.
